A. Instructions for Withdrawal

Information for Consumers

As a consumer—defined as any individual making a purchase primarily for personal rather than commercial, business, or professional use—you have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions.

Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within a period of fourteen days without needing to provide a reason.

This withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a designated third party (not the carrier), have taken physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us, Jasik/Villamil Baumann GbR, of your decision with a clear statement. You can reach us by email at info@dosamiguitas.com. You are welcome to use the sample form provided below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your communication regarding your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period has ended.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs. Please note that we will not refund any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option. The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We may reduce the refund amount if the goods have lost value due to your handling them in a way that was not necessary to inspect their nature, features, and function. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree to a different method. You will not incur any fees for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

You are required to send the goods back to us or hand them over without delay, and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw. This deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in the value of the goods that results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

General Information

  1. To prevent damage or soiling, please return the goods, if possible, in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use an appropriate substitute that provides adequate protection during transit.
  2. Please do not return goods using a "freight collect" or "freight forward" service.
  3. Please be aware that the information in points 1 and 2 above is not a mandatory condition for your withdrawal to be valid.
